Most straightforward number transfers take approximately 5 to 15 business days after SoundLine receives complete and accurate documentation. In some cases it can as fast as 1 day. The actual timeframe depends on the type and quantity of numbers, your current carrier, the complexity of your account, and whether the submitted information matches your existing carrier’s records. Large or complex transfers may take longer. SoundLine will coordinate the process with you and provide updates as the transfer progresses. Industry porting timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees because the current carrier must review and approve the request.

Depending on your plan and configuration, your invoice will include applicable taxes, government-mandated charges, emergency-service fees, telecommunications surcharges, messaging-registration fees, equipment charges, international usage, or optional feature fees. SoundLine will explain the expected recurring and one-time charges before activation. Your proposal or service agreement should identify what is included and what may be billed separately.

We’ll notify you when you’re approaching your user limit. You can easily add more users or upgrade to a higher plan. Enterprise plans offer unlimited users.
