By using SoundLine Communications’ services, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Service Description
SoundLine Communications provides Hosted PBX phone services, including features such as voicemail transcription.
3. No-Contract Service Term
a. SoundLine Communications offers services on a no-contract, month-to-month basis.
b. Customers can cancel their service at any time without penalty.
c. Billing for services will be prorated for the start and end of service during a billing cycle.
d. Full payment for each month’s service is due on the billing date.
4. Money-Back Guarantee
a. SoundLine Communications offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.
b. If customers are not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days, they are entitled to a full refund.
5. Ownership of Phone Numbers
a. Customers retain ownership of any phone numbers that are ported into or out of SoundLine Communications’ service.
b. In the event of service cancellation, customers maintain the right to port their phone numbers to another service provider.
6. Price and Service Changes
a. SoundLine Communications will provide a 30-day notice to customers prior to any changes in prices or services.
b. This notice period allows customers ample time to decide if they wish to continue with the service under the new terms or to shop for a new provider.
7. Data Use and Privacy
a. Customer information, including name, address, and phone numbers, will be shared with third-party carriers to manage phone numbers and E911 services.
b. Email addresses will be used for delivering services like voicemail transcription, facilitated by third-party providers.
c. SoundLine Communications is committed to protecting customer data and will only share information as necessary to provide the contracted services.
8. Termination
a. Customer Initiated Termination: Customers may terminate their service at any time. To initiate termination, the customer must provide notice to SoundLine Communications. Charges for the final month will be prorated based on the termination date.
b. SoundLine Communications Initiated Changes: SoundLine Communications must provide a 30-day notice to the customer before terminating the service or implementing significant changes to the terms of service or pricing. This notice period is designed to give customers sufficient time to make informed decisions about their service options.
9. Limitation of Liability
SoundLine Communications is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services.
10. Amendments to Terms
SoundLine Communications reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
